Early check-in is possible, if the apartment is not ready, we can store your bags.
A few days before your stay we will contact you to find out your arrival time and provide you with check-in directions.
Upon arrival you will be asked to pay cash for final cleaning and the tourist tax, equal to €2 per day per person, starting from 14 years.
After check in, in case of early departure, no refund will be given.

The kitchen must be left clean and tidy. The waste, duly separated, must be thrown into the appropriate containers that you will find in the garage.
Pets are not allowed
Waste sorting. In Garda, separate waste collection is carried out for plastic, paper, glass, organic and undifferentiated waste. We kindly ask you to separate your waste, using the containers you find in the kitchen and garage.
Use air conditioning and heating. Use air conditioning and heating responsibly. when they are running, keep the windows closed and remember to turn off the air conditioner when you know you will be away from home for a long time. The power button is located on the top of each thermostat.
